Automotive Retail Sales Consultant

CarMax is seeking a Floor Sales Consultant to deliver a transparent, customer-first car-buying experience. On our sales floor, you’ll greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection, test drives, and purchase using CarMax’s no-haggle process. You’ll use digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads, follow up, and support online-to-store shoppers. Working in a collaborative, integrity-driven culture, you’ll help meet sales and satisfaction goals while gaining training, clear career paths, and growth opportunities with a nationwide leader in used car retail.
