Job Summary
Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager / SAP Engagement Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional SAP initiatives. This role will be responsible for end-to-end SAP project delivery , ensuring integrated solution design across multiple SAP modules and successful execution from project initiation through post-go-live support.
The ideal candidate brings deep SAP functional knowledge, strong project and stakeholder management skills, and proven experience working within global delivery models , particularly in manufacturing or automotive environments .

Required Qualifications

10+ years of SAP project management experience (15+ years preferred).
Strong hands-on experience managing full lifecycle SAP implementations .
Deep understanding of S/4HANA end-to-end processes , including:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Plan-to-Produce (P2P)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
Proven experience working within global delivery models .
Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary SAP teams .
Strong knowledge across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, or similar industries .
