Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Maryland State licensure as a Social Worker
• Educator certification from the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) or willingness/eligibility to obtain upon hire
• School-based social work experience preferred, but all passionate social workers encouraged to apply
• Flexibility and adaptability for a 35-hour full-time work week through the school year (August 2026 - June 2027)

• Serve as a liaison between families, schools, and the community
• Develop and implement individual student support plans
