On-Site IT Support Analyst

As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Ability to configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support & triage site infrastructure including workstations, laptops, tablets, and HP printers. Provide standard and local software support – Windows OS & Office suites, Linux, Lotus Notes DB. Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory in a complex AD environment. Interface with multiple support teams for client support and business support. Maintain site dashboards for computers, printers, IT work tickets, and PC/Server vulnerabilities. Qualifications Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start). Five years of experience in Information Technology in a manufacturing, private, public, government, or military environment. Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs. US citizenship required. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Possess expertise equivalent to a bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology. Combined experience with Linux systems and digital transcription. Cisco VOIP support experience for phones. Excellent interpersonal, written, and team collaboration skills.
