SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Shift Supervisor – full‑time position at MUSC Health Florence Medical Center, 805 Pamplico Highway, Florence, SC 29505. Fixed pay rate $17.00 per hour. Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends. No prior experience required – training will be provided. Online applications only. Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules for associates. Evaluate worker performance; reward high performers and discipline under‑performers. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations. Serve as contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests. Act as mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications • No prior experience required. Willing to train. • Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. • Must be able to work full time schedule, including rotating weekends. • Knowledge of safety and quality practices desirable but not mandatory.
