## Registered Nurse - Intake Admissions Pediatric Behavioral HealthApplylocations: Crittenton Children's Center | Elm Ave | Kansas City | MOtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JobReq0057860# **Job Description**Saint Luke's Hospital Crittenton Children's Center has an opportunity for a RN to work in our Admissions Department.**Shift: Full Time Monday - Friday 10 am until 6 pm with a possible weekend rotation.****The Work:*** Participate in and/or complete Nurse-to-Nurse report calls with referring facilities to gather pertinent clinical information and ensure continuity of care* Facilitate admission workflow, including consent paperwork, documentation, orders, and coordination with providers and multidisciplinary team* maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record* collaborate with onsite treatment team to ensure smoot transition to the unit* Assist with telephone triage, patient flow, and coordination of patient care.* Able to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously.* Provide excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times.* Collect detailed patient history and symptoms, including vital signs, providing appropriate care in a timely and cost-effective manner.# **Job Requirements**Applicable Experience:Less than 1 yearBasic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - VariousAssociate Degree - Nursing# **Job Details**Full TimeSwing (United States of America)***The best place to get care.
