Job Summary:
The Echocardiography Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality echocardiogram exams, including transthoracic stress and transesophageal assessments. The role requires expertise in diagnostic imaging to support accurate patient diagnosis and care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform transthoracic stress and transesophageal echocardiogram exams in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Operate and maintain echocardiography equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Accurately document patient information and imaging results for review by healthcare providers.
• Adhere to safety standards and infection control protocols during procedures.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and medical staff to optimize imaging techniques and patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing echocardiogram exams.
• ARDMS certification in Cardiac Sonography.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Strong knowledge of echocardiography procedures and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
