Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adults with psychiatric conditions in an acute inpatient setting
- Monitor mental status, administer and adjust medications per the treatment plan, and respond to changes in patient condition
- Implement safety protocols, de-escalation techniques, and crisis intervention as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document assessments, progress notes, and care plans in the Oracle EMR accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge needs, and available support resources

Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing in New Hampshire
- Psychiatric/Behavioral Health nursing experience; inpatient psych experience preferred
- Proficiency with Oracle EMR or similar electronic medical record systems
- Ability to work the 7:00 pm–7:00 am night shift (12-hour shifts), 3 days per week
- Nursing degree from an accredited program (ASN or BSN)
