In this role, you’ll combine operational expertise with a proactive mindset to ensure every corner of our property meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.**Who You Are**:* **Hospitality Enthusiast**: You take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences through flawless housekeeping operations* **Proactive Leader**: You anticipate needs, solve challenges before they arise, and inspire your team to deliver excellence every day* **Detail-Oriented Visionary**: You notice what others miss and set the bar high for quality and consistency* **Collaborative Communicator**: You thrive in a team environment and build strong relationships across departments* **Operational Expert**: You balance efficiency with care, ensuring smooth processes without compromising guest satisfaction* Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply**What You’ll Do**:* Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public spaces meet Loews’ exacting standards* Analyze room turns and staffing needs, making real-time adjustments to optimize performance* Develop and implement housekeeping procedures that drive efficiency and maintain a pristine environment* Interview, hire, and mentor team members, fostering growth and engagement* Maintain optimal staffing levels and manage labor costs effectively* Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction* Oversee uniform and laundry services, ensuring quality and timeliness* Hold regular team meetings to share updates, celebrate wins, and address challenges* Evaluate team performance and coach for continuous improvement* Regular attendance in conformance with standards* May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs* Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings* Perform other duties as assigned**Your Qualifications Include**:* Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required* Minimum of two (2) years housekeeping experience in hotel hospitality and minimum of two (2) years housekeeping or guest service leadership experience required* Previous experience with Opera Property Management System preferred* Ability to develop and maintain effective operating and control processes designed to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria* Ability to stand for long periods of time required* Ability to push, pull, and lift items weighing up to 25lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr
