Manager, Salesforce Health Cloud & Agentforce

Salary: $72,800 - 122,300 per year Requirements:

• We need at least five years of Salesforce development experience, with practical expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura components, Flows, and Triggers.
• A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certifications are required.
• Preferred credentials include Platform Developer II, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant.
• We are looking for strong knowledge of the Salesforce Health Cloud data model and features, along with experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as HL7/FHIR and EHR/EMR platforms.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, including REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming, is required, as well as experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD platforms such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Prompt Builder, generative AI concepts, and responsible AI delivery is required.
• Experience with Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred.
• We expect solid knowledge of healthcare compliance, including HIPAA and PHI/PII handling.
• Experience with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, Data Masking, OmniStudio, enterprise AI/ML services or external models, Agile/Scrum methods, and strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills is preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Travel may be required to support client work, team collaboration, and business development.

• We design and build scalable Salesforce solutions, with emphasis on Health Cloud capabilities such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient relationship management.
• We configure Health Cloud data structures, including Patient, Provider, Care Team, and Clinical Data objects.
• We develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to satisfy business needs.
• We take part in code reviews, testing, and deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
• We design and configure Agentforce agents, topics, instructions, actions, and escalation paths using Agentforce Builder, Flow, Apex, and APIs.
• We create and validate Prompt Builder templates and grounded AI experiences using Salesforce data, Data Cloud, knowledge, and retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
• We implement agent testing, evaluation, observability, and guardrails to manage accuracy, hallucination risk, data access, human-in-the-loop controls, and production monitoring.
• We integrate Salesforce with external platforms such as Epic, Genesys, and MuleSoft using REST/SOAP web services and HL7/FHIR APIs.
• We help ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and other healthcare data security requirements.
• We work closely with business analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• We contribute to Salesforce release management, performance optimization, and environment strategy.
