Seven Healthcare are seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for a travel assignment in New York. This role is within a state-of-the-art facility, specializing in the preparation and distribution of surgical instruments. The position involves working in a high-tech environment with advanced decontamination and sterilization equipment.

- Inspect, assemble, package, and sterilize surgical instrument pans and trays
- Operate steam sterilizers, maintaining appropriate levels
- Decontaminate and disinfect surgical instruments and equipment
- Receive and store supplies, assist in maintaining inventory levels
- Perform daily quality assurance checks and maintain documentation
- Certified Sterile Processor (HSPA or CBSPD)
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as SPT
- Experience in large hospital (500+ bed)
- 6 months of travel experience
- 2 professional references from last two assignments
