House Supervisor - WWP (Sat & Sun)

Job Description: We are hiring an RN House Supervisor for our Plaza location! Position Details Weekend workforce – 11am to 11pm on Saturdays and Sundays, part‑time. Responsibilities Supervise the hospital and serve as a management representative while on duty. Act as a role model for SaintLuke’s vision and values. Apply established policies, procedures, and other references as guidelines for clinical practice. Ensure implementation of the strategic plan and goals for the Department of Nursing and the hospital while working collaboratively with medical staff, the Chief Nursing Officer, nurse managers, nursing staff, and all allied staff. Collaborate with patients, families, providers and associates to meet customer needs and expectations in a patient‑focused healing environment. Promote and maintain a healing environment, addressing the physical, mental and spiritual dimensions of care. Serve as an independent resource to patient‑care units, facilitating patient‑care departments in meeting immediate patient‑care needs and providing supervising or coaching to strengthen the accountable work team. Perform preceptor and charge nurse duties and respond to codes. Qualifications Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience. Basic Life Support – American Heart Association or RedCross.
