Clinical Pharmacist – Acute Care Hospital | Southeast Iowa | $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus Quick Facts Must have at least 2 years of acute care inpatient pharmacist experience Opportunity to develop & grow within a large health system Approx. 90 min. to Des Moines Full Benefits Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, medication stewardship, and quality improvement initiatives within a 200+ bed hospital. Manage a Monday‑Friday day‑shift schedule with rotating weekends, supporting prescription dispensing, drug utilization reviews, and clinical decision‑making. Qualifications Licensed (or eligible) Iowa Pharmacist with at least two years of inpatient hospital pharmacist experience PharmD preferred; PGY1 residency training and BCPS certification highly desirable Demonstrated collaborative clinician skills and passion for evidence‑based patient care in an acute setting Benefits & Compensation Competitive starting salary, $15,000 sign‑on bonus, partial relocation assistance, and excellent benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
