Licensed Clinical Operations Lead

To support the integration of clinical expertise with technology, the full-time Licensed Clinical Operations Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards, focusing on either AI development and regulatory standards or product development and clinical quality. Key responsibilities Serve as the clinical expert across teams, providing guidance on clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards Review and contribute to product documentation, clinical workflows, and AI-generated content Identify gaps and opportunities in features and documentation aligned with evidence-based care Required qualifications Active Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent Meaningful direct practice experience with strong knowledge of clinical documentation and workflows Experience overseeing clinical quality through supervision or clinical program oversight Familiarity with ethics codes, insurance standards, and regulatory frameworks governing mental health care Knowledge of evidence-based practice frameworks or clinical research methodology
