The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through the efficient receiving, shipping, stocking, and organization of parts inventory. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a clean and safe warehouse environment, and assists with warranty and inventory-related activities as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, physically capable, and comfortable using computers and inventory systems.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, parts, or inventory experience required
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Computer and inventory system experience preferred

Job Duties

• Receive, stock, organize, and ship parts inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and warranty-related activities
• Use inventory management systems and computers to track parts
• Support daily warehouse operations while maintaining safety and efficiency standards
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Frequent reaching and full range of arm movement required
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, and climb onto equipment as needed
• Use hands to grasp tools, parts, and warehouse materials
• Perform pushing and pulling motions while working with tools and equipment
• Ability to work in prolonged overhead and forward-reaching positions

What You Will Do


As a Warehouse Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.


A Warehouse Worker contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift.


The Warehouse Worker supports manufacturing through product assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining quality and workplace safety.
