At Harrison Pavilion Rehabilitation & Nursing Care, located in Cincinnati, OH, we are committed to resident satisfaction, customer service, and providing services that recognize the specific needs of each person in our care. At CCH Healthcare, your loved one is our loved one. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team and deliver high-quality resident care while collaborating with our multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants
- Monitor patients' conditions and notify physicians of any changes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program or college/university
- Current, unencumbered, active OH RN license or multi-state license
- Current CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- 1+ years of experience in long-term care or a related setting
