We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.What you'll do:Work alongside senior software engineers to develop cool new features and enhancements that will delight our customersParticipate in elaboration and design sessions to understand and refine requirements to be implementedBuild unit tests and automation test suites to ensure our products deliver the highest qualityCollaborate with scrum team members during sprint planning and daily standups and share your accomplishments during sprint reviewsProvide constructive and honest feedback during code reviews and sprint retrospectivesReceive career development training through our HR department and other representatives of the businessWhat you'll bring:Educational experience in Computer ScienceDesire to improve your understanding of design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of softwareKnowledge of or experience in C#Self-motivation with the ability to learn and come up to speed quickly on new technologiesExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and influence others on the best solution, holding yourself and others accountableInterest in accessibility, security and end user experienceAbility to think about the business impact of your workAbility to work well in a team environment and attitude to focus on team specific goals and objectivesCulture Agility.
