• Deliver meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision
• Guide and support RBTs as collaborators
• Work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering, and respectful

Compensation

• $60,000–$80,000

(And yes — this post says "BCaBA" because that’s the system we’re in. But what we’re really looking for is a partner — someone who sees beyond the title and shares our mission to bring humanity back to care.)
