Support Staff

Butcher and the Bear Steakhouse is seeking motivated, hardworking, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as support staff/S.A.

We are a high-end steakhouse in the heart of Lincoln Park, dedicated to delivering exceptional food, outstanding service, and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for energetic team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in their work, and understand the importance of attention to detail.

Our support staff plays a critical role in maintaining the flow of service and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience. This position works closely with servers, bartenders, and management to uphold our standards of hospitality and efficiency.

• Assist servers and bartenders in providing seamless, attentive guest service.

• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.

• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations throughout each shift.

• Refill water, assist with table maintenance, and anticipate guest needs.

• Communicate effectively with the service team and management.

• Support opening and closing duties to ensure the restaurant is prepared for service.

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality.

• Previous experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant preferred.

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mentality.

• Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Willingness to learn and grow within a hospitality-driven environment.

• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position.
