Salary: $80,000 annually

What You'll Do

As Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant while developing a positive, accountable, and hospitality-focused team.

Leadership

• Lead and coach front and back of house team members. 
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment. 
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate restaurant goals. 
• Train, mentor, and develop future supervisors and shift leaders. 
• Hold team members accountable to company standards. 
• Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and performance coaching. 

Operations

• Ensure every guest receives friendly, efficient hospitality. 
• Maintain speed of service and food quality standards. 
• Oversee opening, shift change, and closing procedures. 
• Ensure recipes and portion standards are consistently followed. 
• Monitor labor, sales, and operating costs throughout each shift. 
• Manage inventory, ordering, and product rotation. 
• Maintain organization throughout the restaurant and storage areas. 

Guest Experience

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly. 
• Build relationships with regular guests and members of the community. 
• Ensure the dining room, beverage station, and patio remain clean and inviting. 
• Support catering, delivery, and third-party ordering operations. 

Food Safety & Cleanliness

• Maintain ServSafe and health department standards. 
• Ensure sanitation procedures are followed throughout every shift. 
• Complete daily opening and closing checklists. 
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs promptly. 

Administrative Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and labor management. 
• Complete daily manager reports. 
• Review cash handling and deposits. 
• Monitor food, beverage, and paper costs. 
• Assist with inventory counts and vendor deliveries. 

Requirements:What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience 
• Strong leadership and coaching skills 
• Positive attitude with a hospitality-first mindset 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 
• Nights, weekends, and holidays as needed 
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain) 

Preferred Experience

• Fast casual or full-service restaurant management 
• Experience with Square POS or similar systems 
• Scheduling and labor management 
• Inventory and food cost control 
• Team development and performance coaching
