Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in our Long Term Care facility, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our nursing and healthcare teams to ensure that residents receive the highest level of care and assistance with their daily living activities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Provide assistance to residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs, promoting their independence whenever possible.Medication Management: Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately. Report any medication-related issues to the nursing staff promptly.Monitoring and Reporting: Observe and report changes in residents' physical and mental conditions to the nursing team.
