Candidates must be within driving distance of Fort Mill, SC. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence. Provide support for escrow, insurance, billing, claims, technical support, and related service areas. Resolve first-level and escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner. Verify customer account and contact information. Research customer concerns and implement appropriate solutions. Escalate complex issues to supervisors or other departments as needed. Maintain accurate customer records, logs, reports, and documentation. Track and coordinate customer issues through resolution. Make outbound calls regarding customer accounts requiring additional attention. Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate resolutions with collections and internal teams Required qualifications for the position include : ~ High School Diploma or equivalent required. ~2+ years of customer service experience. ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. ~ Strong verbal and written communication skills. ~ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Pay Rate Range: $21.00 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
