Senior Product Manager

Role Overview We’re looking for a Product Manager who is obsessed with building AI products people genuinely love. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for 4Minds platform experiences, working at the intersection of frontier AI capabilities and real enterprise problems. This isn’t a role for product managers who wait for requirements. You’ll define what to build, validate with customers, and drive it to market fast. You will work directly with the Engineering, Solutions Engineer, and Sales to translate 4Minds’ technical capabilities into differentiated product experiences that enterprise buyers can’t get anywhere else. You will lead 0-to-1 initiatives alongside iterating on what we already ship, which means you need equal comfort with ambiguity and execution rigor. If you are a former founder or a builder-minded PM who moves fast, digs into the technical details, and cares deeply about craft, this role gives you direct runway to shape the product direction of one of the most differentiated AI platforms in the market. Key Responsibilities Own the product roadmap for 4Minds platform experiences, from ideation through production launch Lead 0-to-1 product development: identify emerging opportunities, define the problem, build MVPs, validate, and ship Work closely with the CTO and engineering to translate AI platform capabilities into differentiated product features Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Customer Success to surface real customer pain points and feed them directly into roadmap decisions Define and track product success metrics, translating ambiguous enterprise needs into clear product outcomes Collaborate with Enterprise Sales to create product experiences that accelerate deal velocity and reduce time-to-value for new customers Build and validate prototypes quickly, using AI tools and low-code approaches to test hypotheses before committing engineering cycles Stay hands-on with emerging AI research, model capabilities, and industry trends to identify what’s worth building next Communicate product vision and progress across the organization, from engineering standups to executive stakeholders Provide structured market feedback to product, marketing, and leadership to continuously refine positioning and go-to-market strategy Required Qualifications 7+ years in product management with a track record of launching and scaling technical products, or equivalent experience as a founder Proven experience shipping 0-to-1 products, not just iterating on existing roadmaps Deep technical fluency: you can read code, understand API architecture, and hold your own in a conversation with engineers about tradeoffs Experience building products for enterprise buyers, including navigating complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles Ability to work directly with AI/ML capabilities and translate model behaviors into product decisions Strong cross-functional collaboration skills: you’ve worked closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success Comfort operating in ambiguity and building process where none exists in a high-growth startup environment Data-driven decision-making: you define success metrics upfront and use them to prioritize ruthlessly Exceptional written and verbal communication: you can tell a clear product story to both technical and non-technical audiences Self-starter with an ownership mentality: you drive outcomes and hold yourself accountable for results Working onsite in Dallas 5 Days a week Preferred Qualifications Founder or founding PM experience at a technical startup Direct experience with AI/ML platforms, LLMs, RAG systems, knowledge graphs, or enterprise data infrastructure Familiarity with on-premises or private cloud deployment requirements and how they affect product decisions Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to prototype and validate ideas Track record of working with Forward Deployed or Solutions Engineering teams to co-develop customer solutions Background in fintech, healthcare, manufacturing, or another complex enterprise vertical Experience partnering with enterprise sales and marketing to develop product-led growth motions or GTM narratives Published or shipped products with significant adoption or measurable commercial outcomes Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience Compensation Base salary range: $180,000-$210,000 annually Competitive equity package in pre-series A startup Performance-based bonus structure Annual merit-based salary reviews Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage (80% employer-paid) 401(k) plan Unlimited PTO policy with 15 days minimum 11 paid company holidays Professional Development Annual training and certification budget Access to online learning platforms Conference attendance opportunities Regular internal technical workshops and knowledge sharing sessions Work Environment Onsite at Dallas HQ High-performance workstations Modern office space in Dallas with standing desks and ergonomics equipment Monthly team events and learning sessions Collaborative in-office environment fostering innovation and teamwork 4MindsAI is an equal opportunity employer.
