Responsibilities BOH team members tasks include sauté, fry station, biscuit build, point, prep, dishwasher, and biscuit maker. Execute food preparation tasks following established recipes and guidelines. Ensure accurate portion control, maintain consistency in food quality, mitigate waste. Operate cooking equipment with precision and attention to detail. Prepare and assemble orders according to Vicious Biscuit's standards and presentation guidelines. Monitor food temperatures and ensure that all food is cooked to perfection. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Properly store and label food items to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Assist in inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and notifying the management team of any shortages. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment. Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of kitchen waste. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the management team. Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Communicate effectively with the front-of-house staff to coordinate order timings and maintain a seamless flow of service. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Food safety and alcohol certifications will be required within 30 days of employment. Eligible to work in the United States. Available to work weekends. Available to work at least 3 mornings per week is a plus. Competitive hourly rate of 16-19 USD/hour
