As we continue to expand, we are searching for a Senior Vice President of Member Growth and Service to join our amazing team! The Senior Vice President of Member Growth and Service will be responsible for directing, implementing, and overseeing all retail and mortgage sales and service, including loans and deposits, and all information center activities, including the credit union's call center and virtual bank. This individual will lead retail and mortgage sales teams to meet goals and maintain a high-energy, consultative sales environment. They will drive growth, profitability, and product/service innovation while ensuring member service standards across all channels. Additionally, they will advocate community leadership, partnering in HR management and employee development, and ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and credit union policies. The Senior Vice President will manage multiple leaders and support teams and act as a digital banking change agent for the credit union. What you'll do:

• Develop and lead sales and growth initiatives to exceed goals and expectations. This includes consumer loans and deposits, and mortgages.
• Communicates and coaches to company initiatives to generate understanding from the team and connect to the Credit Union's culture and values.
• Conduct recurring coaching sessions for both performance and career development.
• Facilitate communication of all necessary information with the team on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and Heritage policies.
• Represent Heritage in community and industry organizations, enhancing the company's reputation and visibility.
• Promote Heritage's involvement in community development and philanthropic initiatives

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related discipline; or equivalent experience
• Master Degree preferred
• Must have progressive experience in sales or sales management (10+ years required)
• Thorough knowledge of financial institution retail branch operations including all products and services and applicable policies and standard operating procedures
• Thorough knowledge of financial institution mortgage operations, including all products and services, applicable policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Pedigree of leadership and team building in prior roles
• Strong leadership, supervisory, project management and organizational skills
• Ability to travel extensively between locations and lead a team remotely
• Ability to make complex decisions based on relevant data.
