Find out more by visiting Position Summary Supports new and existing clients in the set up and use of purchased software and getting benefits set up in the system Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for engaging client Managing benefit implementation phase with DP expertise Tests and troubleshoots final system setup Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Client service and client account management Project management HRIS Payroll and benefit subject matter knowledge and systems experience; Analytical skills Time management Excellent written and verbal communications. Education & Experience Associates degree or minimum of 3 years related experience 3 years related experience Required Licenses and/or Certifications Industry certification not required but would be beneficial to the role (i.e. FPC, CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP, etc.) Physical, Mental, & Communication Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Moderate concentration/intensity, which includes prolonged mental effort. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. May occasionally move objects up to 20lbs. throughout the office. Environmental Conditions Indoor, office environment. May occasionally have moderate noise level from copiers, W2 or check printers, or co-workers.
