Senior Water Resources Project Engineer
Jobtailor
Produce and modify design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, and specifications for complex projects Partner with project managers to support the research, development, design, and delivery of engineering solutions Apply advanced engineering techniques and creative problem-solving skills to address design challenges Maintain project schedules and deliver high-quality results Develop detailed designs and calculations while providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle Mentor and train junior engineers, offering guidance and valuable feedback Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in Engineering and 7 years of relevant experience, or PhD in Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience Excellent technical knowledge and quality work in multiple discipline projects Knowledge of Hydrology & Hydraulics basics Professional Engineer (PE) Familiarity with HEC RAS,

, HY8 Familiarity with AutoCad/MicroStation, Civil 3D, ORD Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in engineering design and project management, with a strong focus on producing high-quality technical reports and specifications.
