Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU travel position in Golden, CO, requiring a CO or compact RN license and at least 1 year of ICU experience.

Job Details

• Located in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting in Golden, CO,
• Schedule is 3x12-hour night shifts (1900-0730),
• 36 hours per week, 3 days per week,
• Weekend availability required,
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need,
• On-call may be required during regularly scheduled shifts,
• Epic EMR used for charting,

Job Requirements

• Active CO or compact RN license required (no pending licenses),
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required,
• ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred,
• Required certifications (AHA only): BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS - all must remain active through the duration of the assignment,
• Epic EMR experience preferred,
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care in accordance with state Board of Nursing practice standards,
• Performs health teaching, counseling, and patient referrals as needed,
• Reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans, and documents per hospital and regulatory guidelines,
• Permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment,
