Project Manager - Facility Assessments

To lead Facility Condition Assessment and capital planning projects for Municipal, University, School District, and Healthcare clients, the full-time remote Project Manager - Facility Assessments will manage project delivery, client communications, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Key responsibilities Manage multiple facility condition assessment and capital planning projects, developing work plans, schedules, and budgets Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and facilitating project meetings and presentations Oversee technical aspects of assessments, ensuring quality assurance and data accuracy for capital planning recommendations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management, asset management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in facility assessments, capital planning, or related disciplines Demonstrated experience managing client-facing projects Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred Strong knowledge of building systems and capital renewal planning methodologies
