Are you passionate about helping students with visual impairments thrive academically socially and independently Boothby Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to join our mission-driven team supporting schools throughout Southern and Central New Hampshire .

Position Responsibilities
As a Teacher of the Visually Impaired you will:
- Provide direct and consultative special education services to students with visual impairments
- Adapt instructional materials using Braille large print auditory and assistive technology methods
- Conduct assessments related to functional vision and educational needs
- Collaborate with families teachers related service providers and school teams
- Support students in developing independence and access to the educational environment
- Serve as a liaison between schools families and community resources
Qualifications
- State certification/licensure as a Teacher of the Blind and Visually Impaired
- Experience working with students with visual impairments preferred
- Knowledge of assistive technology and adaptive instructional strategies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for helping students succeed and reach their full potential
