Seeking a data-driven and innovative Paid Social Manager, the full-time remote position will manage paid social media strategies, optimize campaigns for ecommerce performance, and deliver insightful client reporting. Key responsibilities Partner with clients to deliver effective paid social media strategies and recommendations Develop and implement campaign structures to optimize against performance goals such as revenue and CPA Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement based on data insights Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta and TikTok 2+ years of ecommerce experience with a focus on optimizing campaigns for online sales/ROAS Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding $500K Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
