Our Personal Care Assistants / Caregivers enjoy some excellent benefits: * $20-$22 per hour based on experience * Make your own schedule, work independently and enjoy work-life balance * Positively impact people's lives through the work you do * Family-oriented culture that values its associates and promotes work-life balance * Online training, growth and ability to earn CEUs * Tuition assistance toward CNA certification * Rich benefits including Vision/Dental, 401k and more As a Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do: * Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home * Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship * Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises * Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns * Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways * Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies A few must-haves for Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver: * High school diploma (or equivalent) * Six (6) months of caregiving experience in a healthcare role required, one (1) year preferred * CPR certification * Valid Montana driver's license, auto insurance and transportation * Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
