Wealth Management Advisor ( Relationship Manager ) A leading wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to manage complex client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and support continued business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and strengthen existing wealth management relationships through proactive, high-touch client service. Develop and present comprehensive financial plans and provide planning guidance to clients. Partner closely with Investments, Trust, Tax, Planning, Operations, and Sales to deliver solutions and support new client onboarding. Handle account administration, transactions, documentation, and issue resolution while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Build relationships with clients, prospects, attorneys, CPAs, trustees, and other external partners. Identify opportunities for relationship expansion, referrals, and new business development . Participate in client meetings, prepare materials, maintain CRM records, and drive follow-up. Continuously improve processes and efficiency through effective use of technology and operational platforms. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning. Strong client-facing, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of investments, financial planning, tax, fiduciary practices, and securities. Experience with financial planning software such as eMoney preferred. Series 65 required (or must obtain within 90 days). CFP® preferred ; CTFA/CFA with relevant experience also considered.
