Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to maintain high customer product and service standards
• Assist the General Manager in executing quality store operations during your shift
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact to enhance their experience
• Ensure the store, small wares, merchandise, and physical plant are clean and well-maintained
• Operate food preparation machinery and cash register accurately and securely
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, security, and cash handling policies

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft software and register operation
• Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in walk-in refrigerators and freezers with temperatures from 40° F to -10° F
