Recruiter

Our client in Orlando is seeking a Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring environment. This role will partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR to develop effective recruiting strategies and deliver top talent. This is a highly visible role and serves as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and candidates.

Remote role with 1–2 weeks of onsite training in Orlando

Short-term contract (4.5 weeks) with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across frontline, field, and corporate roles
• Drive high-volume recruiting efforts in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines
• Analyze recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing and candidate selection
• Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development
• Assist with early talent and campus recruiting initiatives as needed
• Contribute to additional recruiting projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0–1 year of experience OR High School Diploma with 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies
• Customer-service oriented with a collaborative mindset

Pay range

• $24-26/hr.
