Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location : Woodburn OR (we also have Grant Pass Oregon) and other multiple locations in Oregon.

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians while ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare staff to deliver effective care
• Observe and report changes in patient conditions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies

Requirements:

• Active LPN license (state-specific)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
