Merchandising Specialist

Compensation Pay Range Pay rate: $16.62 – $22.00 per hour, in accordance with the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance, or situational premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Job Functions Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist when hard parts are needed. Check in, price, and put up stock, keeping the display floor fronted, full, and tidy. Support daily O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities. Change displays in accordance with company guidelines, update planograms, and complete price label changes; ensure sale signs are in place and remove them when sales end. Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns. Work with the manager to complete weekly inventory and merchandising tasks. Occasionally serve as a cashier or drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries, meeting the company’s driving eligibility requirements. Perform all other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Required: Strong organizational skills; ability to read, write, and match numbers and letters from various sources; basic computer skills; teamwork and collaborative mindset. Desired: Previous stocking experience; ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle; fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired). Benefits Competitive wages. Paid Time Off.
