Aegis Worldwide Safety Specialist 1st SHIFT/$60-$95k/FULL TIME Lafayette, IN Overview Aegis Worldwide is curently partnered with an automotive manufacturer. Responsibilities Conduct safety audits, equipment safety reviews, and incident investigations to identify hazards and determine root causes Develop, update, and ensure compliance with safety policies, engineering standards, and applicable OSHA/ANSI/NFPA regulations Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to implement corrective actions and injury reduction plans Develop and deliver safety training programs while maintaining training records and supporting the ISO 45001 safety management system Support safety initiatives including safety campaigns, industrial hygiene sampling, and safety reviews for equipment and packaging Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field 5–10 years of relevant safety or industrial hygiene experience preferred Professional certification such as ASP, CSP, or similar preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
