RemX is seeking Onsite -Inside Sales Reps/Customer Service

 

Temp to Hire - Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 8-5 Payrate: $20 - $21/hr.

Order Management & Customer Support

  • Manage the full order lifecycle within the ERP system from order receipt through shipment and post-shipment support.
  • Process orders, returns, credits, cancellations, extensions, and other order-related transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor order activity, including new orders, backorders, fill rates, cancellations, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Research inventory availability and proactively monitor inbound receipts to support fulfillment of open customer orders.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, UPC information, pricing, shipment tracking, proof of delivery, and other order-related matters.
  • Take ownership of customer issues through resolution, including post-shipment concerns, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, account support, or a related business function preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems required; experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Copilot.
