This position is completely remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while working from home. Our telehealth model enables counselors to connect with clients through secure video conferencing platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Facilitate counseling sessions via telehealth channels, providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families dealing with various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, including referrals when necessary.

  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice in relation to client information and interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Great Escape Psychotherapy Center, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals from various age groups and socio-economic backgrounds. Our clientele may experience anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, or relationship issues, requiring a counselor who is adaptable and able to provide culturally competent care. You will play a vital role in fostering a safe therapeutic space that promotes healing, understanding, and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is mandatory.

  • Possession of a valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

  • At least 2 years of relevant post-graduate experience providing counseling services in a therapeutic setting.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

  • Experience with telehealth technologies and a strong understanding of virtual counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
