Job Details:
$0.62 - $0.64 per mile
Stop pay: $4 - $16
Breakdown pay: $15 per hour
Hazmat pay per load: $75
Holiday pay per day: $140
Safety training pay per hour: $20
New hire training pay: $250 per day??
