Truck Driver Local

Position Summary Currently seeking local Class A truck drivers who are looking to work a Monday–Friday work week with weekends off. Drivers also have the option of working a 6th day for extra pay (every Saturday or every other Saturday). Limited time $2,500 sign‑on bonus (must be hired by 7/31). This local driving job operates within a 300‑mile radius of Tracy. Responsibilities Move 45‑ft trailers from a large warehouse to Bay Area stores, averaging 2 loads per day. Work a consistent start time between 1 AM and 6 AM; drivers will have a stable start time within the first two weeks on the account. Drive a 12‑hour work day, Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday off. Complete approximately 3 days of training and be paid weekly during this period. For about 60 days, the position will be salaried; pay will shift to a CPM/stop/drop plan afterward. All trucks are automatic day cabs and must be parked in the yard; trucks cannot be taken home for time off. NO TOUCH FREIGHT, assigned tractors, no slip seat, 1000 weight per mile. Qualifications Class A CDL with up to 3 full months of similar tractor‑trailer experience in the past 6 months. All experience must be verifiable; completion of a CDL school within the last year is preferred. Will count training time toward experience if you were OTR team driving within the last year. Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) with minimal tickets or accidents. Benefits & Compensation Limited time $2,500 sign‑on bonus (must be hired by 7/31). $1,346 average weekly pay (about $70,000 yearly average). Earn up to $84,000 yearly average if you work six days a week (every other Saturday). Projected earnings: $77,000 for every other Saturday; $84,000 if every Saturday.
