Education Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health credential, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Needed

• Attain ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain an active certification throughout your tenure.
