Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Riverside, RI for a second shift position. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our machinery runs smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for operating machinery and are looking to contribute to a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Document production data and report any issues to supervisors. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
