Responsibilities of the back-of-house team members include:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Know the duties of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, line, and food preparation
• Store kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and orderly at all times
• Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management
• Maintain personal knowledge by attending in-house training and staying updated on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing duties as assigned
• Always comply with Chick-fil-As standards and dress code
• Other assigned duties
