As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare and laboratory environment. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, restricted-access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and support applicable access-control and visitor-management procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
