Assists members and their guests in styling, selection, and recommendation of merchandise Assists with displaying and maintenance of retail shop merchandise Assists as needed with weekly/monthly retail display changes and par stock levels Creates tee times as needed following club rules and policies Maintains up-to-date information as needed to provide to golfers as they check in Answers shop telephone, assists with checking in golfers and collecting fees as appropriate Uses POS system, maintains register area and wraps retail items as needed Assists Golf Professionals in everyday duties Computer experience preferred Golf knowledge preferred, not required Retail Sales Associate Critical Skills: Customer Service Excellent communication and public relations skills required Must be able to meet public in a friendly, courteous manner Must be able to stand for long periods of time Flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds Qualifications Education: High School or better. Experience: Golf knowledge preferred. Computer experience preferred.
