Data Entry / Validation

Location: Fort Mill, SC (Monday - Thursday will be remote and Friday will be onsite.)

Pay Rate: $18/hour W2

Role Overview

The Repapering Partner collaborates with internal partners on projects that support recruits transitioning their practice. The core responsibility is creating New Account, Transfer (ACAT), and Move Money paperwork to move an advisor's business. This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a career path with opportunities for advancement into other roles within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual repapering support for new advisors, including opening accounts and processing cash management and transfer paperwork.
• Utilize SmartSheet to communicate with advisors on the status of items, including completed, in-process, or Not In Good Order (NIGO) submissions.
• Ensure all required paperwork to move a book of business is completed accurately and understand the dependencies between different documents.
• Execute tasks in a manner that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement.

Experience: Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.

Skills: Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and proactive critical thinking. The role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 2 plus years of Data Entry / Validation experience.
• Comfortable working with MS Excel.
• Strong communication skills and very detail oriented.
• Previous experience working in the financial industry will be a huge plus.
