Location: 415 West Roy Parker Road, Ozark, AL 36360 Shift : 1st shift Schedule: Monday to Friday / 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pay Range: $18.50 to $20.00 per hour Be Part of Something Sustainable! What You'll Do: Lead the production of innovative upcycled rubber products Master state-of-the-art mixing equipment Ensure top-quality products through precise measurements Participate in our safety-first culture Share your expertise by training team members What You Bring: High School Diploma / GED, or 2+ years of relevant experience Physical capability to handle materials (up to 55 lbs) Strong attention to detail and quality focus Commitment to workplace safety Team-player mindset Forklift or skid steer experience is a plus! Work Environment & Physical Demands: This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 60 lbs. PPE provided.
