Job Description

Our organization, situated in Pensacola, Florida, is on the lookout for a Gastroenterologist to join a vibrant and collaborative physician team! The ideal candidate will be a physician eager to work alongside a group of four doctors and five advanced practice providers.

Outpatient-focused role - no night or weekend on-call duties

Guaranteed starting salary of $625,000 for the first two years; potential earnings exceeding $800,000
1-2 days dedicated to clinic work; 2-3 days for procedures each week
Access to a well-equipped Ambulatory Surgery Center and Endoscopy Center
Assistance from a team of Advanced Practice Providers
Incentives based on quality and service
Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance along with 36 days of paid time off (PDO)

Robust referral network within the medical group, featuring over 70 primary care providers

The employed multispecialty physician network of our organization is known as the Medical Group. It is primarily supported by primary care and includes more than 160 physicians across various specialties such as Primary Care, Urology, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, OB/GYN, Cardiology, and more.
